Manage all financial operations and maintain accurate accounts and records

- Help ensure compliance with all relevant strata legislation and regulations, including Fire Safety, Work Health & Safety, and Window Lock Compliance

- Assist in Development, implement, and coordinate a Preventative Maintenance Program
- Organise repairs and maintenance of common property
- Verify that all tradespeople and specialists hold appropriate licences and insurances
- Monitor and manage approved (preferred) tradespeople and specialists
- Engage and manage cleaners, gardeners, and other contractors as required

Meetings Administration
- Prepare and distribute agendas and notices for all meetings, including AGM, EGM, and Strata Committee Meetings

Coordinate the introduction, amendment, or updating of by-laws
